These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", the "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and 7777s (hereinafter referred to as "7777s", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino information platform accessible at https://7777s.cam (the "Platform").

• Not a Platform Employee: Employees, contractors, agents and their immediate family members are not eligible to maintain player accounts or participate in promotions on the Platform.

5.1  Registration Obligations

You agree to provide only truthful, accurate and complete information during registration. Any misrepresentation — including the use of a false name, date of birth, address or identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 7777s reserves the right to close any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading or incomplete, and to forfeit any funds held therein where permitted by applicable law.

5.2  Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 7777s immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 7777s will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

5.3  One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The use of multiple accounts — regardless of whether they use different names, email addresses, devices or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be associated with the same individual may be closed and balances forfeited.

7777s is required to operate Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. These procedures may be triggered at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time during the operation of your Account at 7777s's discretion.

6.1  Documents Required

Depending on the circumstances, KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — both sides — or a valid passport;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or government-issued document confirming your residential address (typically dated within 90 days);
• Selfie / Liveness Check: A photograph of you holding your identity document, or a real-time liveness verification, to confirm the document belongs to you;
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds.

6.2  Document Authenticity

All documents submitted must be genuine, unaltered originals or certified copies. You must never alter, obscure, crop or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submitting fraudulent or manipulated documents constitutes fraud, is a serious criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities.

6.3  Secure Submission

Documents must only be submitted through the Platform's official, HTTPS-secured verification portal. 7777s will never request document submission via social media, unencrypted email or third-party chat applications. If you receive such a request, do not comply and report it to support immediately.

6.4  Withdrawal Holds

Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. 7777s is not liable for delays caused by a User's failure to provide documentation promptly or by the submission of documents that fail verification checks.

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to these Terms, applicable KYC requirements and the specific terms of the payment method used. 7777s references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as local payment context only. Their appearance in the Platform cashier does not constitute endorsement of or affiliation with any gambling activity by those providers.

7.1  Deposits

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits must be made from funds that are legally yours and that were obtained through lawful means.
• 7777s reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit it deems suspicious or in breach of these Terms.

7.2  Withdrawals

7.3  Currency

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any bonus amount or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to new registrants only and may not be claimed by existing account holders under new registrations.

• Expiry: Bonus Funds and free bets expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance.
• PKR Amounts: Any PKR amounts cited in bonus examples (e.g., PKR 2,000 birthday credit, PKR 1,000 referral credit) are illustrative figures only. Actual bonus values are determined by the live promotion terms active at the time of participation.
• Modification: 7777s reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, subject to obligations already incurred under active promotions.

9.1  Bet Placement

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, odds and any applicable conditions before confirming placement. 7777s is not liable for bets placed in error by the User.

9.2  Odds & Markets

Odds are displayed in decimal format unless otherwise specified. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. 7777s reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. In the event of a pricing error, any affected bets may be voided and stakes returned, or settled at the correct odds at 7777s's discretion.

9.3  Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome or settlement of a bet or game, you must raise the matter with the Platform's support team within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be accepted. 7777s's decision on disputes, made in good faith, shall be final subject to applicable regulatory review processes.

9.4  Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error or game interruption, 7777s reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. No liability is accepted for losses arising from technical failures beyond the Platform's reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false or third-party identity;
• Using funds obtained through unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering or criminal enterprise;
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, exploit or interfere with the Platform's systems, software or data;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming;
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes, odds or betting markets;
• Abusing bonuses, promotions or referral schemes through multi-accounting, syndicated wagering or systematic exploitation;
• Accessing or attempting to access another User's account without authorisation;
• Making chargebacks, payment reversals or fraudulent deposit claims;
• Submitting falsified, altered or fraudulent identity documents for KYC purposes;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment and lawful use in accordance with these Terms.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of 7777s or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from 7777s;
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes or in any manner not expressly authorised by these Terms;
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary rights notices on the Platform;
• Use the 7777s name, logo or branding in any way that suggests association, endorsement or partnership without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted to you and may constitute infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7777s and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any gambling or betting losses incurred through use of the Platform;
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill or business opportunity arising in connection with the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, errors or delays beyond 7777s's reasonable control;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other payment processor.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14.1  Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the Platform's support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) may be withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal process and subject to applicable KYC requirements.

14.2  Termination or Suspension by 7777s

7777s reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity;
• You have provided false or misleading information at any stage;
• Your continued use of the Platform presents a legal, regulatory, financial or reputational risk to 7777s;
• A competent authority has required the closure or restriction of your account.

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or other serious misconduct, 7777s may withhold account balances pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7777s is licensed and incorporated, as stated in the Platform's licensing information.

For Pakistani Users, it is important to understand that the Platform operates under an international licensing framework. The date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last updated. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.

Amendments will not apply retroactively to bets already placed or transactions already processed prior to the amendment coming into effect, except where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
